The Last Grooming

After a remarkable Grooming  – may it has been especially good or bad – it might be interesting for your team to reflect. I’ve found, that after a Grooming, that went kind of out of line, we had a most productive Retro. And although in the discussion, we found, that we couldn’t have actually done much better due to the circumstances, we nonetheless worked many good action points out of it.
